Horizontal fan coil is the terminal equipment of central air conditioning system, which is composed of small fan, motor, heat exchange coil, casing, etc. It is usually hidden in the ceiling, and only the air outlet, air return outlet and maintenance port are reserved. It realizes indoor temperature adjustment by exchanging heat between chilled water or hot water and air, and has the functions of refrigeration, heating and dehumidification. This equipment is widely used in hotels, hotels, hospitals, office buildings and other places, especially suitable for scenes that need concealed installation and require high indoor aesthetics.

Product Features

Core structure

  • Fan: low-noise centrifugal fan, equipped with capacitor motor, supports three-speed regulation.

  • Coil: The copper tube and aluminum fins form a heat exchanger, with the outer diameter of the copper tube of 10-16mm and the spacing between the fins of 2-3mm. The heat exchange efficiency is improved through optimized design.

  • Shell: galvanized steel plate or aluminum alloy material, corrosion-resistant and high strength, condensate pan adopts integrated molding process, no weld, good leakage resistance.

  • Control system: adjust the opening and closing of the electric valve and the speed of the fan through the thermostat, and control the water flow or air volume to achieve constant temperature.

Working principle

  • The unit forcibly circulates indoor air through the fan to make it flow over the surface of the coil. The cold/hot water flowing in the coil exchanges heat with the air, and then the air is cooled or heated and sent back to the room. Fresh air is supplemented after being treated by an independent fresh air system to ensure indoor air quality.

FAQ

A: What's the reason for the excessive noise? How to solve it?

Q: Bearing damage, collision of blades with volute and gas accumulation in the pipeline. 

Solution: Replace the bearing/motor, adjust the hoisting balance, and empty the air in the pipeline.


A: What's the reason for the poor drainage of condensed water? How to solve it?

Q: The pipeline slope is insufficient or blocked, and the equipment is inclined. 

Solution: Clean the foreign bodies in the pipeline and adjust the installation angle to ensure that the drainage slope is ≥1%.
